Well I have heard so many times in my lifetime from everyone around me, including my parents, siblings, etc.

In every game, you will have to make decisions at some point, and because games are designed in a way that they don’t allow you to take more time on making decisions, therefore, you make decisions more faster. My parents have told me numerous time that If I continue to play more games, I would probably lose my eyesight easily. While, this may be correct for some games where it requires too much of stressing your eyes. But there are few games like shooting where you actually improve your eyesight when you play more.
